The receptionist (Frau Gut) is there from 9am to 6pm. She is able to help you with receiving letters and parcels, sending faxes, and translation etc.
BadenerStr 414 is a business centre suited for professional workers looking for hotel style accomodation. It is part of the Hotel Crowne Plaza complex, which is next door. The rooms are designed the same as hotel rooms. About 50% of the rooms are offices for doctors and lawyers etc, the rest are used as residential apartments. There are laundry and washing facilities in the basement with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a celler, and parking in the basement. There is a garden roof which is good for BBQ's in the summer, overlooking Zurich. To park your car, you need a security pass. There are two glass doors and a security camera at the reception entrance. Frau Gut, the receptionist is bilingual, arranges to sign for parcels, receive faxes, and sort out small everyday problems. She works normal business hours.
